Maryland Fair Housing

The Fair Housing program provides education to housing consumers about how to recognize the subtle ways housing discrimination happens, and how to report suspicious actions and policies.  We also investigate complaints and assist victims of housing discrimination. In addition, housing providers, lenders, and insurance companies are educated by our staff to understand their responsibilities under Fair Housing laws.
