Abstract

The Stephen Decatur High School Yearbook collection contains yearbooks that the Stephen Decatur High School has released. Although this collection does not include every year’s yearbook, it does cover many years from 1955-1983. However, the majority of the yearbooks cover the years of 1955-1968.

Administrative History / Biographical Note

The Stephen Decatur High School was built in 1952, consolidating the Ocean City High School and the old Buckingham High School of Berlin, Maryland.

Yearbooks, 1955-1983: Included are yearbooks for Stephen Decatur High School. The yearbooks all fall under the title of “Seahawk”, the mascot of Stephen Decatur High School. 

*Not every yearbook from 1955-1983 is in this collection.

Yearbooks are dated based on the year of graduation rather than the academic school year (ex. Class of 1957 will be dated 1957 rather than 1956-1957). The Yearbooks are also organized chronologically.
